Sandy Beach Babies

Our little man turned 3 today!  Eric and I could not be any prouder of the person he is growing into.  Curious, determined, tender-hearted and kind are just a few words to describe our Bubba.

Facts about you at age 3:

*You love pancakes, cheeseburgers and orange juice

Randomness that I don't want to forget...

...a baby girl who insists on sleeping with ALL of her babies and stuffed animals,

 a proud boy who made his very own birdhouse,

 snuggles with my squeaky-bee,

 a snowman with a back story,

 a daddy daughter bond so sweet and

Bubba dreaming away while he sleeps.

My Two Hearts

The weather here over the last few weeks has been cold and dreary with pop-up snow showers.  I have such a love hate relationship with winter time.  I love fires, warm socks, children in footie pajamas and fresh snow.  But I hate no sunshine, being cold and cabin fever.  But today, oh my God, today has been absolutely gorgeous and to make it even sweeter, it's Valentine's Day!  The sun is out, the birds are chirping and we are loaded up on Valentine's Day treats.  The hubs and I have been together  for 14 years today...whoa!  I have apparently gotten easier to please and all I want today is for us to go get smoothies after dinner.  No cards, no fuss just some fruity deliciousness to make us think we are somewhere tropical if even for a moment.  We are so blessed and well loved not just today but every day.  Sending love out to all our friends and family.
