When it is the last day of Novemeber and it's a Sunday and it's 70 degrees with blue skies...you go to the beach. Sandbridge is becoming our favorite spot. We had the whole beach to ourselves.

The Great Dismal Swamp
This past weekend was beautiful and we decided to go check out the Great Dismal Swamp just down the street from where we live. The part of the park that we saw had long wide flat dirt roads surrounded by swamp on both sides. We saw some huge birds, a dead snake and a group of mystery animals way down the path. We went from thinking is was bears to deer to pigs to foxes. We still have no clue what they were. Binoculars are a must bring next time. Apparently this swamp is the home of "big foot" but we report no sitings on this trip.
