Asheville, North Carolina is one of our favorite places to visit. Not only because it is a beautiful town nestled in the mountains with loads of fun places to explore but also because it is home to Troy and Genevieve's beloved Buck and J. These two people are Eric's aunt and uncle and they are generous with their love and time, especially with our littles. This past Labor Day Weekend we spent it with them trying out the new Sierra Nevada Brewery (just 2 miles from their house!) and then tubing down a cold river on a sunny Sunday. And of course enjoyed lots of deck-adence (best play on words winner goes to J) back at their place. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next trip.
Behind the brewery there is an awesome outdoor area that has lots of seating, cornhole, an amphitheater, a garden and an outdoor bar (of course). This place filled up fast! Lots of young families and people with dogs. Very cool spot, recommend to anyone that visits the area.
Inside the brewery was just as beautiful.
Living wall...so cool

Going on a peacock hunt. His name is Blue or Thor depending on who you talk to.
No peacock was found
Scavenger hunt for peanuts. Easy entertainment for the kids.
Mama loves the mountains...
And this man.

Beautiful day and night
Genevieve sleeping with her peacock feather. Found out in the morning that she was tickling Troy with it when they were supposed to be sleeping.
